Phi Phi CoCo Beach Resort

The rooms at Phi Phi CoCo Beach Resort range from garden-view cottages with a double or queen bed to twin rooms with two single beds, plus a king room and a room with a beach view. Each room below has its own size, bed set-up and maximum number of guests, and most of them have a garden view.

Several room types include a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes, a hair dryer and toiletries. Depending on the type, the rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, a telephone, a flat-screen TV or an electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The resort is in the Ao Lo Dalam area of Ko Phi Phi, an island of limestone cliffs and clear water reached by boat from the mainland. Ton Sai village is the island's main centre, with its ferry pier, bay and a strip of restaurants, shops and tour desks, and it is close enough to walk to from the resort.

Ton Sai Bay, 650 m away, is where most day-trip boats leave from. The Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint, 1.5 km from the resort, gives a wide view over the village and the bays, and Monkey Beach, 1.8 km away, is named after the macaques that visit it. Ao Maya, 6.7 km away on Phi Phi Leh, is the limestone bay made famous by the film The Beach, and the Viking Cave, 5.3 km away, is known for its swiftlet nests.

A good first day is a boat trip to Ao Maya with snorkelling stops, and in the evening Ton Sai's restaurants and bars are a short walk from the resort. A walk up to the viewpoint adds a different view of the bays, and the beaches of Loh Dalum and Ton Sai are close to the resort. In the rainy season, sea conditions can make boat trips rougher.
