Phi Phi Chang Grand Resort

Phi Phi Chang Grand Resort has rooms for two to seven guests, including villa-style units alongside double and king rooms. The 40 m² Sweet Villa has a sea view, and garden views are offered from several rooms. Larger rooms sleep up to seven guests, so a bigger party can stay together.

King beds are the bed in several rooms, and one room has a double bed. Air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a refrigerator feature in a number of the rooms, and a mini bar and an in-room safe box appear in some of them as well, and some rooms also have a shower.

The resort has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, with a garden alongside them. A massage service is offered, and the garden provides a green space for slower afternoons. On-site parking is also available, and Wi-Fi is free in all rooms.

Dining options include a restaurant, room service, a shared kitchen and a buffet breakfast. A 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security are in place, and safety deposit boxes, a laundry service and dry cleaning are also available.

Tours and diving are offered, and the resort is wheelchair accessible with an elevator. Daily housekeeping is provided, and pets are allowed. A family room is also offered for groups travelling together.

Ko Phi Phi is an island in Krabi province, and the resort sits in the Ao Lo Dalam area of Phi Phi Don village, where lanes, shops and boat piers are close together. The surroundings are shaped by the water, with dive operators, restaurants and longtail boats along the waterfront, so the island feels like a village built around the sea. The resort is set among this village life rather than apart from it.

The viewpoint above the village is 200 m from the resort, and the climb rewards you with views over the bays and the limestone cliffs the island is known for. Ton Sai village, with its shops and guesthouses, is nearby, and Phi Phi Market offers food and everyday items in the same part of the island. The Koh Phi Phi ferry terminal is 700 m away, and Loh Dalum Beach, on the bay, is 850 m away.

Getting around is mostly on foot and by boat, and the piers at Ton Sai connect the village with the bays and beaches nearby. A good day starts with the viewpoint in the morning, followed by a walk down to Loh Dalum Beach and an afternoon on the water. Ao Maya, the bay that became known from the film The Beach, can be reached by boat, and boat departures and sea conditions change with the weather, so in the rainy months a trip may not run as planned.
