The rooms at Phayam Garden Bungalow include a 15 m² bamboo bungalow with a double bed, a 140 m² room with a balcony or terrace and a nature view, and a garden-view room that also has a balcony or terrace. All of them come with toiletries and free bottled water.

Koh Phayam (Ranong) is an island in Ranong province off Thailand's Andaman coast, with a string of beaches and bays set among green hills and small villages. Ao Yai Beach is 450 m away, and the hotel is set in gardens a short walk from the sand. Visitors reach the island by boat from the mainland at Ranong, and the island's pier is where that crossing ends.

The Hin Talu viewpoint lies 2.7 km from the hotel, and the Bot Klang Thale pagoda is 3.8 km away. The Koh Phayam Pier, the island's ferry terminal, is 3.6 km from the property, and the village of Ao Ko Kyu lies on the island too, with the Ao Yai bay nearby. Other beaches, including Ao Khao Kwai Beach, Ao Muk Beach and Kam Beach, are also a few kilometres from the property, and the village of Ao Mae Mai is further along the island.

A day can start on Ao Yai Beach, continue with a walk to the Hin Talu viewpoint or the Bot Klang Thale pagoda, and end at the bar or in the garden on site. Ferries from the mainland at Ranong reach the island's pier, so the crossing is the last stage of the trip to the property.
