Phangan Mantra Resort

All the rooms at Phangan Mantra Resort have air conditioning and a beach view, and each one comes with a shower, toiletries and linens.

The Basic Triple Room measures 15 m² and has a single bed and a double bed, along with a washing machine. The Family Room measures 17 m² and sleeps up to five guests, with a choice of bed set-ups and a fan alongside the air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The resort has restaurants, a bar and a coffee shop, and a 24-hour front desk is open to guests. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available, along with daily housekeeping and luggage storage. Tours and ticket services are also offered, and English and Thai are spoken.

Haad Rin is a beach village at the southern end of Ko Pha-ngan, and the resort is 50 m from Haad Rin Beach. The area is known for its nightlife: the Full Moon Party, a monthly beach party, takes place on the sand 150 m from the resort, and the village bars and music keep the evenings lively. Travellers who want quieter days can reach other beaches further along the coast.

Around the village, the Haad Rin Viewpoint, 600 m from the resort, looks out over the bay, while the Haad Rin Queen ferry terminal, 550 m away, is the stop for boats to other islands. Haad Yuan is a beach a little further along the coast, and the Waterfall Party is held at a waterfall away from the beaches. For practical needs, the village has the Southland hospital and a number of pharmacies.

Samui Airport is 14.2 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, so the last leg to Ko Pha-ngan is by boat. Ko Pha-ngan has no bridge to the mainland or to Ko Samui, so the sea is part of every journey here. Once you arrive, a good day might begin with a walk to the Haad Rin Viewpoint, continue on the sand of Haad Rin Beach and end with dinner and music in the village.
