Some have a garden view, others a mountain view, and some have a balcony. Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a refrigerator, a desk and a balcony or terrace, depending on the room.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the hotel offers room service and daily housekeeping. The garden on the property is a place to relax after a day in town.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, room service, daily housekeeping and laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services. Express check-in and check-out are available, and the property has an elevator and a convenience store.

For getting around, the hotel offers an airport transfer, a shuttle service, tours and taxi service. Guests arriving by car can use the free parking on site, and tours can be arranged through the front desk.

The shared spaces include a lounge with a TV, a garden, a terrace and business facilities, and air conditioning in the public areas. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, WiFi also works in public areas, and English and Thai are spoken at the property.

Perfect Place Hotel is on Chon Kasem Road in Surat Thani, a provincial town in southern Thailand that is often a stop for travellers heading to the islands of the Gulf of Thailand. The area is a lived-in part of town, with temples, parks and night markets rather than beaches, so it works well for a stay in town. The hotel's own garden gives guests a green space on the property.

Around the hotel, Wat Phothawas is a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, 2.5 km away, and the Surat Thani City Pillar Shrine, a local place of worship, is a little further on. The Surat Thani Night Market, 3 km away, has food stalls and everyday goods in the evening, while Central Plaza Surat Thani, 4 km away, is a shopping mall with shops and restaurants. Surat Thani Airport is 21.4 km from the hotel, and the property offers an airport transfer and a shuttle service.

A day in the area can start at Wat Phothawas and the City Pillar Shrine, continue with a walk through Koh Lamphu Public Park, a green space in town, and end at the Night Market in the evening. For a longer walk, Khun Thale Park, 5.3 km away, offers more space.
