Pearl of Samui

Rooms at Pearl of Samui have queen or king beds and look out over the garden, the swimming pool or the sea. One family suite with a terrace and sea view sleeps up to six guests. The Family Beach Villa measures 80 m² and has a Gulf view.

Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, an in-room safe, a refrigerator, a seating area, and a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. Rooms with a terrace let guests sit outside in the open air, and the bathrooms include a shower, bathrobes, a hair dryer and toiletries. Lamai is a beach area on Koh Samui, with a stretch of sand along the main road and a lively scene along the beach road in the evenings, with street-food stalls and small shops. Pearl of Samui sits on Thawi Rat Phakdi Road, a short walk from the beach, so an evening stroll along the sand is easy from the resort.

Lamai Night Market is 1 km away, and the Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, known locally as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are 2.9 km away. Wat Lamai pagoda lies 1.6 km away, Samui Airport is 8.5 km away on the island itself, and Big Buddha, a well-known temple visit on the island, is 11 km away.

A good day can start on the beach and end at the night market, with a trip to the rocks or to Big Buddha on another day. A taxi or a scooter is the easiest way to reach the rocks and Big Buddha. On the way back from the market, the beach road is an easy walk with street food and local goods to look at, and the airport transfer covers the first leg of most journeys to the island, so the trip from the airport is simple.
