Peaceful Resort

Rooms at Peaceful Resort are bungalows and rooms with a garden view or a pool view, including a room with a single bed and a double bed for up to three guests. Rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, a seating area, a refrigerator, free bottled water and a balcony or terrace.

Beds vary by room, from a queen bed or a double bed to two single beds or a single bed with a double bed. Several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Rooms with a pool view overlook the swimming pools.

Peaceful Resort has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, a private beach, a garden and a terrace. Restaurants and room service are available for meals, and a kids meal is offered for younger guests.

Koh Lanta is a long island in Krabi province, on Thailand's Andaman Sea coast, and Peaceful Resort stands in the Pra Ae area, with Long Beach a short walk away. The island's beaches, its caves and its national park form the main attractions around the resort, and Pra Ae village sits a short walk from the hotel.

Beyond Long Beach, Klong Dao Beach is 1.5 km away and Kantiang Bay 3.6 km, both reached by road. A Muay Thai stadium, the Monday Market and the Pra Ae Public Health Park are also close by, within a couple of kilometres. Khao Mai Kaew Cave is 9.6 km from the resort, Lanta Old Town 11.1 km, and Khlong Chak Waterfall 17.2 km, so these make for longer trips out. Each of those trips is a separate outing from the resort, reached by road.

Getting to Koh Lanta means flying into Krabi International Airport on the mainland and then taking a ferry, so the last part of the journey is by boat. Once on the island, a day can start with a swim at Long Beach and go on to Khao Mai Kaew Cave, with Khlong Chak Waterfall for a longer outing. The island is a place for a day of boating, swimming and walking.
