Payam Cabana

The rooms at Payam Cabana measure 25 to 45 m², and each one has a king bed for up to two guests. Every room comes with a private bathroom, a shower, towels and a fan, and the views range from the mountains to the sea and the garden.

The 38 m² bungalow and the 45 m² Luxury room add a balcony or terrace and a mountain view. All rooms at 25 m² have a sea or garden view, so guests can choose a room that looks out over the water or over the greenery of the grounds.

Payam Cabana has a private beach and a garden, and there is a restaurant on the grounds. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and internet services and Wi-Fi are also offered in the public areas of the hotel.

The garden and the terrace are part of the grounds, alongside the private beach. The staff speak English and Thai, and guests must be at least 18 years old. Guests who want to spend the day outdoors can use the garden, the terrace and the beach without leaving the property.

Koh Phayam is an island off the coast of Ranong province in the Andaman Sea, and much of it lies within a national forest reserve. Payam Cabana is set among that greenery, with the sea close by. The island has no bridge, so the last leg of the journey is by boat, and Ranong town on the mainland is the usual departure point for the crossing.

The nearest beach, Ao Khao Kwai (South), is 150 m away, and the Hin Talu viewpoint is 750 m from the hotel. Ao Yai beach lies 2.5 km away, and the Koh Phayam Pier, where boats arrive, is 2.6 km from the grounds. Several bays and beaches lie within a few kilometres of the hotel, so the island's coastline is easy to explore from here.

Spend a morning at Ao Khao Kwai, since it is the nearest beach to the hotel, then head to the Hin Talu viewpoint in the afternoon for a wider look over the sea and the forest. On the way back, the pier is the landmark to look for. Boat transfers to and from the mainland can be affected when the sea is rough, which can change the timing of the crossing.
