Panwa Boutique Beachfront

The rooms at Panwa Boutique Beachfront all have a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer, along with wireless internet and satellite or cable channels. They measure between 40 m² and 80 m², and each one sleeps up to three guests, with sea, beach or garden views.

Bed set-ups include two single beds or one king bed, and the Andaman Family Suite, at 80 m², and the Beachfront Suite, at 70 m², pair a king bed with a sofa bed, with a sea view and a beach view respectively. The Andaman Family Suite has a separate shower and bathtub, and the room's private bathroom also comes with bathrobes and toiletries.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool. The spa offers massage, a sauna and a hot tub, and there is a fitness center and a yoga room. Guests can also use the private beach, where canoeing, snorkelling, diving, fishing and non-motorized water sports are offered.

For meals, there are restaurants, a coffee shop, a poolside bar and room service, and breakfast can be Asian, buffet or continental. In the evening guests can head to the bar, the nightclub or the karaoke room, or relax in the library and the shared lounge and TV area.

Practical services include an airport transfer, tours, a 24-hour front desk, laundry service, luggage storage and a gift/souvenir shop. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and free parking is available on site.

Panwa Boutique Beachfront sits on Panwa Cape, in the Khao Khad area of Phuket, around Ao Yon Bay. It is a hilly corner of the island with waterfalls and forest, and the nearest stretch of sand is Ao Yon Beach, 800 m away. The resort has its own private beach, so guests can spend much of the day by the water and make day trips to the sights further along the coast, with the hills and the bays of the area close at hand.

Ton Ao Yon Waterfall is a few hundred metres from the resort, the natural sight closest to the hotel. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples, and it is 6.4 km away. Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on the hills, is 8.1 km away. Patong Beach, the island's busiest beach, with the nightlife of Bangla Road nearby, is 13 km away.

A good day could begin at Wat Chalong and continue to the Big Buddha, then on to Chalong Pier, where boats leave for the islands nearby, so a day on the water is easy to plan. For the evening, Patong is a longer journey, and Phuket International Airport, the nearest airport, is 33.8 km away by road, so the first stretch of any trip is by car or taxi.
