Paivana Khaosok Village

All rooms at Paivana Khaosok Village have a mountain view and use a shared bathroom. The accommodation includes a tent, a double room with a shared bathroom and a double room with a terrace.

Towels, linens, toiletries and a coffee and tea maker are provided in the rooms, and the two double rooms also have a fan, a mosquito net and slippers.

For travellers who want forest and mountains rather than sea, the valley offers a different pace from the coast. The resort sits in the valley itself, so the forest and the mountains are close to the door.

Khao Sok National Park is 350 m from the resort, and the Khao Sok Valley Viewpoint is about 2 km away, with its view over the valley. Wat Tham Panthurat, a temple, is 1.4 km away, and the Wing Hin waterfall is 2.1 km away. Cheow Lan Lake, a reservoir inside the park, is one of the area's main lakes. Surat Thani Airport is 72 km away, so the final part of the journey is by road.

A day could start with a walk in Khao Sok National Park, followed by the viewpoint over the valley. Tours can be arranged through the resort's tour desk, and car hire is available for trips further afield. Cheow Lan Lake and the waterfalls make a full day out, and the viewpoint can be combined with a walk in the park.
