Pacific Inn offers a standard double room, a superior twin room with two single beds and superior double rooms. The standard double room and the superior twin room each measure 12 m² and have air conditioning, a shower and free bottled water, with a desk in both.

Other rooms sleep up to four guests or up to three, and both superior double rooms have a city view. The superior twin room has two single beds.

Pacific Inn is on Phuket Road in Taladyai, a neighbourhood of Phuket Town, the provincial capital, where many streets still have Sino-Portuguese shophouses from earlier decades. For those who prefer the town to the beaches, the inn is close to the markets and museums of the area, and life here is that of a working town rather than a resort, with local traders, shrines and temples close at hand.

Talad Kaset Market is 250 m away, and the Municipal Market is also nearby, a traditional market for food and everyday goods. The local bus station is 800 m away, and the Peranakan Museum tells the story of the Peranakan community that shaped much of Phuket Town. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most important Buddhist temples, is 7.1 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 27.7 km away.

For a full day, start at the Peranakan Museum and walk along Thalang Road to see the old shophouses, then take a songthaew or taxi to Wat Chalong and on to Patong Beach, 10.9 km away and the best-known beach resort on the island. In the evening, the Lard Yai Sunday Night Market is a good place to eat and browse.
