A good day here could start with a swim at Klong Dao Beach, then a visit to Kantiang Bay or a trip inland to the waterfall and the cave. The beaches here are a short distance apart, so a day can take in more than one of them. The national park is a longer excursion for a full day outdoors, while the beaches and the pools at the apartment make a more relaxed plan. Lanta Old Town is further along the island, and the national park lies at the far end of the island's roads.
