All the rooms at Sabaidee mansion&hotel are air-conditioned, and each has a bathroom of its own. The apartment covers 100 m² and has two queen beds, with room for up to four guests. The family room with a terrace measures 56 m² and sleeps up to eight guests, while the twin and double rooms with a terrace each measure 28 m².

The sea is never far from here, with several bays and beaches within a few kilometres of the property, and most of the village can be explored on foot.

Kantiang Bay is 250 m away, and Klong Dao Beach is 1.1 km away. Further afield, Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave, is 13.2 km away, while Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a marine park around the island, is 20.8 km away. Sala Dan Pier, the ferry terminal, is 650 m away. Scooters and songthaew pick-ups are the usual way to get around the island, and car hire is offered at the property.

A day out could combine Khao Mai Kaew Cave and Khlong Chak Waterfall, with a swim at one of the island's beaches afterwards. Back in the village, the street food market is an easy place for dinner in the evening, and the ferry pier is the main link to the mainland for anyone moving on.
