The double and twin rooms have air conditioning and city views, with a private bathroom and shower, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The Superior Double Room and the Superior Twin Room measure 22 m² and the Standard Double Room measures 17 m², and each of these sleeps up to two guests.

Beds are a double bed in the Superior Double Room and in the Standard Double Room, and two single beds in the Superior Twin Room. The Superior Twin Room also has a desk and a refrigerator, and linens and free bottled water are provided in the rooms. One room is assigned to guests on arrival.

The guesthouse sits on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road, in the busy part of town and 400 m from Patong Beach, so the sand, the sea and the evening stalls are all close by.

Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and clubs, is 850 m away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large shopping complex, is 950 m away. Further afield, Wat Chalong, also called Chaithararam Temple, is one of the island's most important temples and sits 7.1 km away, while the Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hill, is 8.2 km away. Taxis are easy to find along the main roads, and most sights are a short ride from Patong.

A good day here could start with a swim at Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end with street food at the night market back in Patong. Quieter beaches such as Kalim and Karon are reached by road from Patong, so the guesthouse works well for travellers who want both the busy beach and a slower day elsewhere on the island.
