Sairee is the main beach area of Ko Tao, a strip of sand lined with dive shops, cafés and small resorts. Orchid Villa is 770 m from the beach, on its own grounds with a garden and a private pool. Dive schools and small resorts line the sand, so the beach is a natural starting point for time in the water.
The Top of the rock viewpoint is nearby, and Coconut Viewpoint, 1.1 km away, overlooks the island's coast. Ao Tanot Bay, 2.3 km away, is a bay on the coast that is popular with snorkellers.
