Orchid Resortel

Orchid Resortel's rooms have king beds, double beds, single beds and a queen bed, and several of them look out over the city. Some rooms have a bathtub and a separate shower, and others have a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.

Rooms can be equipped with air conditioning, a mini bar, a refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker, free bottled water, an in-room safe and soundproofing. Rooms can also have a desk, a seating area, a closet and an extra long bed, and toiletries and towels are provided. A baby cot is available on request, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The resort sits in the busier part of the district, and its surroundings include a clinic, shops and a night market, so everyday needs are close at hand.

Patong Beach is 550 m from the resort, and Bangla Road, the district's best-known street for nightlife, is 350 m away. Jungceylon Shopping Center is close by for shops and restaurants. Further afield, Big Buddha Phuket, the white statue on its hilltop, is one of the island's best-known sights, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is 6.5 km away. Phuket International Airport is 24.3 km from the resort, and the rest of the island is reached by road.

A day can start on Patong Beach and continue with a visit to Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered temples, before returning for dinner and an evening on Bangla Road. Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park and show, is another evening outing.
