The rooms are one- and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom villas and a four-bedroom cottage. Apartments measure 100 to 120 m², and the villas measure 300 m². Several rooms have a partial sea view, the cottage has a nature view, and rooms can have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a hair dryer and a balcony or terrace. Bathrooms have showers, and several rooms also have a bathtub.

Garden areas come with several apartments and villas, and the beds include doubles, queens and kings. The cottage sleeps up to eight guests, and the villas sleep up to four and five, so the rooms cover a range of group sizes.

Ocean Breeze Residence has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, along with a spa, a sauna, a hot tub and massage. The fitness centre and a yoga room are also available, and fishing and snorkelling are offered too.

Koh Kho Khao is an island off the Andaman coast of Phang Nga province, and the hotel sits on the island rather than on the mainland stretch of Khao Lak. The island is reached from the mainland by boat, and Ban Nam Khem Pier, the ferry terminal 6.4 km from the hotel, is the nearby departure point. Ko Pa beach lies 3.6 km away, and a campsite is close by.

Khao Lak on the mainland is the main resort area, with Bangsak Beach 12.5 km from the hotel and Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, 32.8 km away, known for its waterfalls. Similan National Park, 38.5 km away, is reached by boat from the Khao Lak coast and is known for its islands and diving. Beaches, waterfalls and boat trips make up most of what the area is known for, and the mainland resorts are the place to go for restaurants and shops.

A day trip to the Similan Islands by boat is one of the main excursions from here, though sea conditions decide whether trips run, and the rainy months can bring rough seas. Between excursions, the pools, the spa and the garden keep the day at the hotel simple, and the island setting makes for a quiet change from the mainland resorts.
