Air conditioning is in every room. The hostel offers bunk beds in a female dormitory room and in a mixed dormitory room, each with one bunk bed, and a Queen Studio with a queen bed for up to two guests.

All three room types have a shared bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels. Linen and slippers are provided, and the Queen Studio also has a socket near the bed.

Free parking is available on site. A shuttle service is offered, and tours can be arranged, with car hire, lockers and luggage storage also available.

Samui Airport is 2.8 km away, and Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 2.3 km away. Wat Chaweng, a pagoda, is 750 m away, and the Big Buddha is 4.3 km away, a large seated Buddha statue. The Bophut Food Market and the Night Market sit nearby, as does the Samui Elephant Sanctuary Bophut, while Fisherman's Village is a walking street of shops and restaurants in Bophut.

A good day can start at Wat Chaweng, continue with a visit to the Samui Elephant Sanctuary Bophut, and end with an evening walk around Fisherman's Village. The temple, the elephants and the evening markets are separate stops, so the day can be shaped around them. Samui Airport is on the island itself, 2.8 km from the hostel, so the trip from the airport does not need a boat. Fisherman's Village and the Night Market both offer evening shopping and food in the Bophut area, and the walk through the stalls makes a relaxed end to the day.
