NITRO HOUSE Hostel

Around the hostel, Haad Sairee is 1.4 km away, a long beach that draws divers and snorkellers. Nangyuan Island, 4.3 km away, is a small group of islets reached by boat, and it is a popular day trip from the island.

Ko Tao has no airport, so the last stretch of any trip is by boat, and Samui Airport, 65 km away on Ko Samui, is the usual starting point. Diving is the main reason many people stay here, and a good first day is a walk along the beach to Haad Sairee followed by a boat trip to Nangyuan Island. Rough seas can disrupt boat travel at certain times of year, so it is worth keeping an eye on the weather when you plan the day.
