Nik's Garden Resort

Every room at Nik's Garden Resort has air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a seating area. The rooms measure between 20 and 35 m², and they sleep two or three guests. One bungalow has a single bed alongside a double bed and sleeps three, and the rooms with a double bed sleep two guests.

Beach-view bungalows look out onto the sea, while the garden-view rooms overlook the resort's garden. Each room has its own shower, a refrigerator and free bottled water. Guests who prefer the sea can book a beach-view bungalow, and those who prefer greenery a garden-view room.

The resort has a private beach and a garden, along with a bar, a restaurant, BBQ facilities, a coffee shop and room service. Massage is also offered, and tours are available as well. The bar and the restaurant offer a range of drinks and meals, and room service brings food to the rooms.

Water sports (non-motorized), bicycle rental, a library, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes and a laundry service are available, and English and Thai are spoken. Bicycle rental lets you explore the island's roads on your own schedule, and the library gives guests a quiet place to read between days on the beach.

Klong Nin Beach is a stretch of sand on Koh Lanta, an island in the Andaman Sea reached by ferry from the mainland. The resort sits in this beach area, with the sand 50 m away, and the island's other beaches lie further along the coast.

Khlong Khong Beach is 2.2 km away, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave, and Lanta Old Town are also worth a visit from the resort, with Lanta Old Town giving a glimpse of the island's older settlement. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a protected area of forest and coast, is 9.8 km away. The nearest airport is Krabi International Airport, 62.3 km away on the mainland, and the crossing by ferry completes the journey to the island.

A good day can combine a swim at Klong Nin Beach with a visit to Khao Mai Kaew Cave in the afternoon, or a trip into the national park for its forest and coast, with the island's beaches along the coast making each day different from the last. In the rainy months the sea can be rougher, which can affect ferry crossings to and from the island, so it is worth planning around the weather at sea.
