Haad Rin is a village at the southern end of Ko Pha-ngan, known for its beaches and for the Full Moon Party, which is held on the beach. Its streets are lined with small shops and eateries, and much of the village's life runs along the beach road after dark. Neptune's Villa Hotel stands in the village with the sea 530 m away, close to the Haad Rin Queen ferry pier, so the village and the water are both at hand.
