Mangata Boutique Bungalows

Both bungalows at Mangata Boutique Bungalows have air conditioning and a sea view. Each measures 40 m² and sleeps up to two guests on a king bed, and each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer.

Both also have an electric kettle, an air purifier, a fan and an adapter. Across the resort, rooms can have a desk, a seating area, a mini bar, a coffee and tea maker, an in-room safe box and a balcony or terrace.

Mangata Boutique Bungalows has an outdoor swimming pool, a spa with massage and a sauna, and a private beach. An on-site golf course is also part of the resort, along with a garden, diving, snorkelling, wind surfing and hiking.

Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with Wi-Fi also offered in public areas. For meals there is room service, a shared kitchen and food delivery, and the resort also provides laundry, ironing and daily housekeeping services.

Guests can also use the outdoor swimming pool and the garden, and the spa, massage and sauna are all on the same grounds. The property is adults-only, and guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Mangata Boutique Bungalows sits in the Wok Tum area of Ko Pha-ngan, on the Hin Kong coast, with Hin Kong Beach 50 m away. The resort has its own private beach, and several other beaches lie along the same stretch of coast, so a day can take in more than one sandy cove. Ko Pha-ngan is an island of bays, hills and small villages, and this stretch of coast is quieter than the island's main towns.

Srithanu is a small village on the coast with a laid-back feel, and Wat Sri Thanu, a pagoda 1.2 km away, is one of the landmarks in its area, where Srithanu Beach lies 1.4 km from the resort. Wake Park Phangan, a wakeboarding park, is also nearby, and Ao Chaloklum Bay, a larger bay with its own village, is 5.3 km away.

For a day out, combine a swim at the private beach with a walk to Srithanu for the pagoda and the beach there. The Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint is close to the resort, so the evening can start there. Reaching Ko Pha-ngan from the airport means crossing the sea: Samui Airport (USM) is 24.3 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, and the last stage of the journey is by boat. Once on the island, songthaews and scooters are the common ways to move between bays.
