Several rooms have a city view. The two 30 m² standard rooms each have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and a desk, and they sleep up to two guests. The Deluxe Double Room measures 14 m² and sleeps up to three guests.

The property also has a room that a room without a window that sleeps up to four guests. Both 30 m² standard rooms include a king bed.

Nasa Mansion has an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a garden, plus a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. An elevator, luggage storage, express check-in and check-out, business facilities and a laundromat are available, and daily housekeeping is offered. English and Thai are spoken at the property.

Nasa Mansion is in Phuket Town, the administrative centre of Phuket island, where the streets are lined with Sino-Portuguese shophouses and markets and temples sit close together. It is a different setting from the beach areas, such as Patong, which is 8.5 km away. Exploring the town on foot shows everyday life on the island.

Chaloem Phrakiat Park, a public park, is 600 m away, and Naka Market and Chao Fah Variety Market are close by, both selling food and everyday goods. The Baan Chinpracha museum, a Sino-Portuguese mansion, and the Sanjao Sam San Chinese temple are both in Phuket Town. Wat Chalong, one of the most revered Buddhist temples on the island, is 5.2 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 26.8 km away.

A day here can start with a walk through the old town, visiting the Baan Chinpracha museum and the Sanjao Sam San temple, then heading out to Wat Chalong or to Patong Beach. The Phuket Trickeye Museum, a 3D art museum, is another stop for the afternoon. In the evening, the night markets and street-food stalls of the old town are a good way to end the day, and the Phuket Weekend Night Market is also 600 m from the property.
