Ao Nang Beach, 15.9 km away, is a beach town with restaurants and tour operators, and Railay Beach, 14 km away, is reached only by longtail boat, with limestone cliffs rising above the sand. The Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 18.1 km away, is a hilltop temple reached by a long staircase. Krabi International Airport is the closest airport to the area.

A good day could begin with a swim in the hotel's pools or on its private beach, then continue by boat to Railay for the cliffs and the beaches. The Tiger Cave Temple makes a good afternoon outing, and the village lanes of Had Yao are easy to explore on foot. In the evening, the hotel's restaurants and poolside bar are an easy option before or after the day trips, and the private beach is a short walk for a late swim.
