Chaloem Phra Kiat Park is 150 m away, and the Wat Ratchathani pagoda is 250 m away, so both can be reached on foot from the guesthouse. The night market, 450 m away, comes alive in the evening with food stalls and local goods. The Sangkhalok Museum, dedicated to the ceramics of the Sukhothai period, is 1.7 km away and gives an idea of the craft that made the kingdom known well beyond its borders.

A day out could start at the Sukhothai Historical Park, 12.4 km away, where the ruins of Wat Maha That and other temples are spread across the site. Sukhothai was the first capital of the Thai kingdom, and the park is the place to see that history up close. Back in town, the Sukhothai Bus Terminal and the night market make a simple end to the day, with the guesthouse a short walk from both.
