The villas at Nakamanda Resort & Spa include Sala Villas with garden or sea views, Hydropool and Jacuzzi villas, and a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Several villas have a bathtub and bathrobes, and some include satellite and cable channels or streaming service like Netflix.

Railay Beach, 10.4 km away, has limestone cliffs and is reached only by boat, and Poda Island and Tup Island are also reached by boat from the same coast. Koh Kwang Beach is 100 m away, and Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) is a hillside temple complex in the Krabi area. The Ao Nang Night Market is a lively spot in the evening. The Klong Muang Sunday and Tuesday Market, a local market held on those two days, is also close by.

A day could combine a boat trip to Railay or Poda Island with an afternoon at the resort's spa, or a lazy day by the pool after the boats return. For a quieter afternoon, the spa and the sauna are on site. Boat trips can be cancelled when the sea is rough, which happens more often in the rainy months.
