Naithonburi Beach Resort

Every room at Naithonburi Beach Resort has a bathtub, and the rooms measure between 40 m² and 120 m². The rooms include pool-view rooms for up to three guests, a 90 m² junior suite with a king bed, and executive suites that take up to four guests and offer a choice of bed set-ups.

Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, and the 120 m² suite sleeps up to four guests. One room combines a king bed with a single bed, and several rooms look out over the pool. The bathtub is found in every room, and the pool-view rooms look over the resort's pool.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool and a fitness centre, along with a game room and a playground for younger guests. Garden areas and a terrace are on site too.

Guests can use a massage service and bicycles or bicycle rental, and tours can be arranged. Currency exchange, safety deposit boxes, laundry service, a convenience store and a 24-hour front desk are also available, as are meeting and banquet facilities, and the resort has an elevator.

Dining covers a restaurant with Asian and international cuisine, a coffee shop, a poolside bar and room service. Free parking is available, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Naithon Beach is a quiet stretch of sand in Thalang district, away from the busier beach towns of Patong and Karon. Visitors who want a slower pace than Patong's nightlife find the area calm, and the rest of the island is still easy to visit. Phuket is Thailand's largest island and is linked to the mainland by a bridge, so the resort is reached by road from the airport. Patong Beach, with its busier beach life, is 17.1 km away.

Naithon Beach is 100 m from the resort, and Phuket International Airport is 6.4 km away. Nai Yang Beach, 2.9 km away, is a sandy beach beside Sirinat National Park, which lies 4 km away and protects a coastal strip of forest and beach. Both make an easy outing for an afternoon, and the beach is a good place for a swim before or after a walk along the sand.

A day out could take in Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's best-known Buddhist temples, and the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop. For an evening out, Patong has bars and night markets, though it is a drive of some distance from the resort, so the trip is best made as a separate evening out.
