The rooms at MoonE sleep two or three guests, and free Wi-Fi is available in all of them. Views vary, and some rooms look out over the mountains, others onto the street or the city. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Kata Beach is 1.2 km away, and the Phuket Big Buddha on a hilltop is one of the best-known sights nearby. Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered Buddhist temples, is 4.3 km from MoonE. Karon Night Market, 1.1 km away, is a night market close to the hotel, and Patong, the island's busiest beach area, lies further along the island's roads.

A good day could start with a morning on Karon Beach, then a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha before an evening at the Karon Night Market. Phuket International Airport is 30.8 km from the property, on the island itself. Because Karon sits on the island rather than on a separate islet, the taxis and songthaews that serve the main roads are the usual way to move between the beaches and the temples, and a scooter is the other common choice for those who want to explore on their own.
