The whole house is let as one unit, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a kitchen, a shared lounge with a TV and air conditioning. Towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are provided, and the house has a hot tub.

The house covers 200 m² and sleeps up to fifteen guests, with its beds arranged in a choice of set-ups for the group.

MIQ Ekkamai2 is on Soi Sukhumvit 65 in Bangkok. Sukhumvit is a long road with a dense mix of hotels, shops and restaurants, and the soi running off it is quieter than the main road, though in the evening the side streets fill with food stalls and bars. The area suits guests who want to stay in the city and get around by skytrain rather than by car, and the streets around the house are busy with local life during the day as well as at night.

Phra Khanong BTS Station is 500 m away and gives a direct skytrain line into central Bangkok. Phra Khanong Market and the Strand Park are both nearby, and the TARS Gallery is 250 m away. Soi 38 Night Market, 1.3 km away, is one of the evening food markets in the neighbourhood, and Suvarnabhumi, the main international airport, is 17.6 km away and is the closest airport.

For a day out, the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, on the Chao Phraya riverfront, make a full day together, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 9.9 km away, is worth a morning on Saturday or Sunday. Khaosan Road makes a lively alternative for an evening out, with its bars and street food.
