A day here can start at the Phuket Downtown Market, continue through the old town's Sino-Portuguese streets and the Phuket Thai Hua Museum, and end with a stroll along the Phuket Walking Street. For a day out of town, Wat Chalong and Patong Beach make a good pairing, one for the temples and the other for the sand and the evening life.
