Metadee Concept Hotel

The rooms at Metadee Concept Hotel range from pool-view doubles and junior suites to villas and a three-bedroom executive suite. Rooms can have air conditioning, an in-room safe, a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace, and bathrobes and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Villas measure 90 m² and 120 m², and the 162 m² executive suite has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a mountain view. Several rooms have a pool view, some sleep up to seven guests, and several bathrooms have a bathtub, a shower and a hair dryer. The Double Junior Suite sleeps two guests on a king bed, and the Suite with Pool View also has a king bed.

The hotel offers a pool, a spa with sauna and steamroom, a hot tub, a fitness center and a yoga room, along with massage and foot bath treatments. Recreation includes billiards, table tennis, on-site entertainment and watersport equipment rentals, and tours can be arranged.

Kata is one of the main beach areas on Phuket, a sandy bay with a relaxed pace and surfing along its shore, with hotels, villas and small eateries behind the sand. Kata Beach is 500 m from the hotel, and Karon Beach, another long stretch of sand, is 1.5 km away. Both beaches lie along the same stretch of coast. Kata Noi, a smaller and quieter beach just to the south, makes a good change of pace from the busier sand at Kata.

The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 1.4 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, also called Wat Chalong, is 4.8 km away. Wat Chalong is one of the most revered temples on Phuket. Both sights lie inland, so the easiest way to reach them is by road. Patong, the island's busiest resort town with its nightlife, is 7.5 km away.

A full day could begin at the Big Buddha, continue with time on Kata Beach and a visit to Wat Chalong, and end at the Karon Night Market, which is busiest in the evening. For nightlife, Patong offers the island's best-known scene. Allow a full day for the beaches and temples so that you do not have to rush between them.
