Hin Ta and Hin Yai, the rock formations known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, lie 1.2 km along the coast, and they are a popular stop for photographs. Wat Lamai, a Buddhist temple, is also nearby, and the Koko galery, a small museum, is close by. The Lamai Night Market is a good place to end the evening, with food stalls and everyday goods. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue, is 12.3 km away on the island.

A day could start on the sand at Lamai Beach, which is the nearest beach to the resort, continue to the rocks of Hin Ta and Hin Yai, and end at the Lamai Night Market, which is 950 m from the hotel. A day trip to the Big Buddha is also an option from here, and massage treatments and the restaurant are on site if you prefer to stay at the resort.
