The rooms at Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort range from Superior rooms and garden villas to a Deluxe Jacuzzi Room, Royal Jacuzzi villas and a two-bedroom suite. Some have a sea view or a partial sea view, others have a garden view, and the two Royal Jacuzzi villas measure 98 m².

Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, an in-room safe, a mini bar, a balcony or terrace, bathrobes and a hair dryer. Several have a whirlpool bathtub, and the Superior Garden Villa and the Royal Jacuzzi villas include open-air bath privileges. Several rooms sleep up to three guests, and the Royal Jacuzzi Suite has two bedrooms.

Trips from here are made by car, and car hire is offered at the resort.

The Big Buddha, a white statue on a hilltop 4.2 km away, offers wide views over the island. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 6 km away and is one of Phuket's most revered Buddhist temples. Patong Beach, 11.1 km away, is the livelier choice for an evening out, with its nightlife and water sports. Phuket International Airport is 35.4 km away, and an airport transfer is offered at the resort.

A day could begin at Wat Chalong, continue at the Big Buddha and end with a swim at Nai Harn Beach. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is known for its Sino-Portuguese shophouses and makes a good half-day trip. Kata Beach offers a different stretch of sand for an afternoon, and guests can also arrange diving, snorkelling, fishing or hiking through the resort.
