Madam House

All rooms at Madam House are air-conditioned. Both measure 25 m² and sleep up to two guests, and each has a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries.

Beds are two single beds in the sea-view room and a king bed in the double room. Both come with a TV, a desk, a closet and an in-room safe box.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the public areas, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. Express and private check-in and check-out are offered, and daily housekeeping is provided.

Guests can keep valuables in safety deposit boxes, and there is a convenience store. Air conditioning is also in the public areas, and the property is smoke-free. The staff speak English and Thai, and the internet services cover the public areas as well as the rooms.

Karon is a beach area on Phuket with a long sandy beach and a lively but relaxed mix of restaurants, bars and shops along its roads. Madam House is on Karon Road, 50 m from Karon Beach. Restaurants and bars line the beach road, and the shops and small markets near the guesthouse cover everyday needs, so the area works well as a base for a few days of beach time and sightseeing.

Several sights are close by. Karon Night Market is 450 m away, and Wat Suwan Khiri Khet, a temple, is 500 m away. Kata Beach, a neighbouring sandy beach, is 2.6 km along the coast, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.7 km away. Wat Chalong is one of the island's best-known Buddhist temples, and a visit fits easily into a day of sightseeing.

Patong, a busy beach town on Phuket, is reachable by road and has Bangla Road, one of the island's best-known nightlife streets. Days out can also include the Phuket Big Buddha and the Phuket FantaSea show, both a longer trip from the guesthouse. Phuket Town, the island's main town, has the local bus station, a useful link for travel around the island.
