Lucky Resort

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at Lucky Resort, and the rooms range from a 40 m² one-bedroom cottage to 20 m² rooms with a double bed. Some rooms look onto the pool or the garden, some have a sea view, and several sleep up to four guests.

The two 20 m² rooms with a double bed each have a shower and a balcony or terrace, and they sleep two guests. Air conditioning is available in several rooms, and others have a fan. The 40 m² cottage has one bedroom and sleeps up to four guests, with air conditioning.

Lucky Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, as well as a garden. The resort is family and child friendly. Restaurants, a bar and room service cover meals and drinks, and free parking is available on site.

Tours and bicycle rental are available, along with ticket services and a concierge. Daily housekeeping, laundry service and dry cleaning are offered, and safety deposit boxes are provided. An airport transfer and a shuttle service are also offered, and Wi-Fi is available in the public areas as well as the rooms. The concierge can help with tickets and tours, and bicycles are available to rent for trips along the nearby beaches.

The resort sits in the Haad Yao area of Ko Pha-ngan, where several small beaches lie within a few kilometres of one another, Haad Son among them. The sand is 270 m from the resort, and Salad Beach is 300 m away. The village of Baan Wang Ta Kien lies 1.5 km away, so the area mixes beach and village life.

Wang Sai Waterfall is 1.8 km from the resort, and Phangan Safari, a zoo, and Wat Sri Thanu, a temple, are a few kilometres away. The food market is also nearby. Samui Airport lies 28.2 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, so the last stretch to Ko Pha-ngan is by boat. Bicycle rental is available at the resort, and tours can be arranged there.

A good day combines the beach with a trip to Wang Sai Waterfall and a visit to Wat Sri Thanu, and the food market is an easy stop on the same route. The beach is close enough to end the day there, after the sights and before the evening back at the resort. Because the beaches here are small and close together, a day can easily move from the sand to the waterfall and back again.
