All the rooms at Lotus Place Sukhothai have air conditioning and a garden view. The choice runs from a 20 m² twin room with two single beds to a 100 m² two-bedroom house with space for up to five guests.

The town is small enough that the temples, the museum and the night market are all within a short distance of one another.

Wat Ratchathani and Chaloem Phra Kiat Park are a short walk from the guesthouse, and the night market is close enough for dinner. The Sangkhalok Museum, which displays the ceramics made in the old kingdom, is 1.8 km away, and the bus terminal is close by as a link for onward journeys. Sukhothai Historical Park, the ruins of the old capital with its many temples, lies 12.3 km away and is too far to walk, so a taxi or hired transport is the simplest way to reach it.

Set aside a morning for the historical park, where the old temples stand in open grounds, and return to town in the afternoon. Sukhothai Airport is 24.5 km away, with Phitsanulok Airport further at 56 km, so plan the last part of the journey before you set out.
