Lom Phangan Studio

Every room at Lom Phangan Studio has air conditioning, a private entrance, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Both rooms measure 45 m² and sleep up to two guests, with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other.

The studio has a mountain view and a king bed, along with an electric kettle and a coffee and tea maker. The bungalow has a queen bed, a full kitchen, a dining table and a microwave, and both rooms share the same bathroom fittings and shower.

Chaloklum is a village built around its bay on Ko Pha-ngan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand that is reached by boat. The setting is a village rather than a resort strip, and the bay is its main landmark. Lom Phangan Studio sits close to both, with Chaloklum Bay Beach 200 m away and the wider bay just beyond it.

Around the village, Wat Chaloklum, a Buddhist temple, is 500 m away, and Ban Chalok Lam Pier, a village pier, is 350 m from the property. The island has no airport of its own: Samui Airport on Ko Samui, 27.4 km away, is across the water, so the last stage of the journey is by boat. Surat Thani Airport is on the mainland, and the route to the island also goes by sea. Ko Pha-ngan is reached by boat, so the sea is part of every journey in and out of the island.

Most of the nearby sights are within 500 m of the studio. A day could begin with snorkelling off Chaloklum Bay Beach, followed by a visit to Wat Chaloklum in the village. For a longer outing, diving with the dive operator Lotus Diving, close by, is also possible, and hiking and tours are offered from the property.
