Little Home Aonang

Every room at Little Home Aonang has a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, towels and toiletries, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The rooms range from the 20 m² Smart Value Room to the 39 m² Family Suite, and they include doubles with a king bed, a triple room and a family suite that sleeps up to four guests.

Both sea views and city views are available, and several rooms have a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. Some rooms also have a bathtub, a mini bar, a refrigerator and free instant coffee, and the Standard Double Room has a kettle. Guests travelling in a group of four can book the Family Suite.

Little Home Aonang is in Ao Nang, a bay on the Andaman coast of Krabi province, and the town is a busy beach resort with a long seafront. Guesthouses, cafes and tour offices line the roads behind the sand, and the streets are livelier in the evening than at dawn. Mosques stand among the shops and guesthouses. Visitors come for the sea, the limestone scenery and the evening food. Those who want the sea close at hand, without a remote setting, will find the bay an easy place to spend a few days.

The beach is a short walk from the property, with Ao Nang Beach 600 m away and the Ao Nang Night Market 200 m away for dinner. Railay Beach, reached by longtail boat from Ao Nang, lies 3.4 km away, and Phra Nang Cave, close to the same peninsula, is 4.6 km away. Tiger Cave Temple, known as Wat Tham Suea, is a hillside temple 14.9 km away, reached by a long climb up stairs.

A good day could start with a swim at Ao Nang Beach, continue with a longtail boat to Railay for its limestone cliffs, and end with street food at the night market. Boat trips to islands such as the Hong Islands also leave from the piers along the bay. In the rainy months, boat trips can be cancelled when the sea is rough. A quieter day can be spent on the beach, with the evening left for a walk along the seafront.
