Lipe Beach Resort

The rooms at Lipe Beach Resort are bungalows and garden rooms, and each one has a private bathroom with toiletries and towels. All of them have a king bed and room for two guests. The rooms have sea, beach or garden views.

Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, a desk, or a refrigerator and mini bar, depending on the room, and mosquito nets are provided in several of them. Bathrooms have a shower and a hair dryer in some rooms, and the bungalows sit close to the sand on Sunrise Beach, and the resort's bungalows are a short walk from the beach.

Lipe Beach Resort has a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop, and breakfast is served in Asian, American and Western styles. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the public areas, and daily housekeeping and a laundry service are available. The resort also has 24-hour security and safety deposit boxes.

For activities, the resort offers diving, snorkelling, canoeing and fishing, and tours can be arranged. A massage service and an airport transfer are also offered, non-smoking rooms are available, and English is one of the languages spoken. Air conditioning is provided in the public area, and a telephone is available in every room, along with linens and towels.

Ko Lipe is a small island in Satun province, in the Andaman Sea, and it is reached by boat from the mainland, so the last part of the trip happens on the water. Lipe Beach Resort sits on Sunrise Beach, 50 m from the water, and the island is small enough that its beaches and paths can be reached on foot. Karma Beach is 150 m away, so the bungalows are close to two stretches of sand.

Walking Street, the pedestrian lane lined with bars and shops, is 900 m away, and the Ko Lipe ferry terminal, where boats from the mainland arrive, is close by and is the first landmark on arrival. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island reached by boat, lies 5.6 km away. Because the island is reached by boat, the pier is where the journey from the mainland ends and the island begins.

A day here could start with a swim at Sunrise Beach, continue with a walk to Karma Beach, and end with an evening stroll along Walking Street. The lane and the beaches are all within a short walk of one another. For a longer day on the water, Koh Adang is the nearest island to reach by boat.
