The rooms at Leelawadee Lipe Resort include singles, twins and doubles, with up to four guests in some layouts. The Deluxe Double Room and the Deluxe Twin Room measure 32 m² each, and the resort's rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

Around the resort, the island's beaches are close together. Sunrise Beach is a short distance away, Karma Beach lies further along the island, and Sunset Beach is reached on foot from the village. The Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal is 400 m from the resort, and boats are the way on and off the island: the nearest airport, Trang Airport, is 118.9 km away on the mainland, so the last part of the trip is by boat.

A day here usually revolves around the water: a boat trip to Koh Adang, the neighbouring island in the national park, or snorkelling from the beaches. Walking between the beaches and the village is straightforward, and in the evening the Walking Street fills with food stalls and shops.
