The beaches are the main draw nearby: Kantiang Bay is 650 m away and Klong Dao Beach is 1.4 km away, while Long Beach on the island's coast is a further sandy stretch. Mu Ko Lanta National Park lies 21.2 km away and covers islands and coastline, and Khao Mai Kaew Cave is a limestone cave on the island. A walking street food market is 200 m away, where the village's street food is found. Reaching the national park is a drive away, so a hired car or scooter is the easiest way to get there and back to the resort.

A good day out combines Kantiang Bay and Klong Dao Beach with the national park, while Khlong Chak Waterfall is another island attraction. Several diving centres are close to the resort, and Ko Raeng can only be reached at low tide, so a visit there depends on the tide.
