Lanta Paragon Resort

Lanta Paragon Resort has standard rooms, bungalows and a cottage, with bed layouts that include a double bed with a bunk bed, a single bed with a queen bed, and a single bed with a double bed. Air conditioning and private bathrooms with a shower and toiletries are found in several of the rooms, and some have a balcony or terrace.

Capacity runs up to four guests, with bungalows for groups of three and four and double rooms for two. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Children aged 2 to 12 can stay free of charge using the existing bedding, and extra beds depend on the room you choose.

Boating, diving, fishing and snorkelling are offered, and watersport equipment can be hired. Tours and car hire are also available, along with an airport transfer.

On-site parking is free of charge, and the spa area includes a sauna alongside the massage treatments.

Klong Nin Beach is a village beach on Koh Lanta, a long island in Krabi province that is reached by ferry from the mainland. The resort is 50 m from Klong Nin Beach and has a private beach of its own, in an area of local houses, small dive operators and simple restaurants along the road.

Getting around the island is by road, and the wider area holds several places worth a visit. Lanta Old Town, a historic quarter of traditional shophouses, is 4.9 km away, and the Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave, is 2.3 km away. Khlong Chak Waterfall is also on the island, and Klong Dao Beach and Long Beach are other beaches reached by road.

A good day could start at the Khao Mai Kaew Cave and continue to Kantiang Bay, a sandy bay 12.3 km away on the island's coast. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 9 km away, protects islands, beaches and coral reefs, and it is well suited to a day out on the water. Tours are offered at the resort, and boating, diving, fishing and snorkelling are all available nearby, so a day on the water is easy to plan from Klong Nin.
