Lamai Chalets

The rooms at Lamai Chalets are villas, bungalows and a studio, with floor areas from 18 to 40 m². Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and some rooms have a garden view, a beach view or a pool view. Several rooms have a balcony or terrace, and air conditioning is fitted in several of them.

The village has a laid-back, everyday feel, with a night market and a fresh food market in the area, and it makes a practical base for exploring the rest of the island.

Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, rock formations along the shoreline, are 500 m away, and Lamai Viewpoint is 650 m away. Na Muang Waterfall lies in the island's hills, 5.8 km from the hotel, and Big Buddha, one of the best-known landmarks on the island, is 12.9 km away. Each one makes a different kind of outing, from a short stroll to a longer trip across the island.

A good day here could start with a swim at Lamai Beach, then a walk to the rocks and the viewpoint. Na Muang Waterfall suits a day trip inland, and Big Buddha is worth a longer outing. In the evening, the night market is an easy place to eat and browse before returning to the hotel.
