The resort sits in the town itself, so the beach, the longtail boat piers and the evening market are all close by on foot. Ao Nang Beach is 100 m from the resort, and the piers sit along the shore. It is a lively base for boat trips rather than a quiet village.
Railay Beach, 2.4 km away, is a limestone-cliff peninsula reached only by longtail boat from Ao Nang, and its cliffs draw rock climbers. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 15.2 km away, is a hillside Buddhist temple complex on the edge of Krabi town and is reached by road. The Hong Islands, 41 km away, are a group of limestone islands with lagoons, reached by a longer boat trip.
A good day starts with a longtail boat from Ao Nang to Railay for a swim and a walk along the cliffs, and it can end back in town at the evening market.
