Both room types sleep up to five guests and share a set of facilities: kitchen basics with cookware, oils and condiments, a BBQ grill, a hair dryer, toiletries and body wash. The rooms are cleaned by a professional cleaning company, and cleaning supplies are provided for guests.

Each room type has a choice of bed set-ups, and both have a private bathroom.

Big Buddha, on a hill, is 2.4 km away, and it is one of the best-known landmarks of the island. Lamai Beach and Chaweng Noi Beach are farther along the coast, and Na Muang Waterfall, 11.3 km from the property, is a waterfall to visit on a day trip around the island.
