The rooms at Kirikayan Boutique Resort can have air conditioning, an in-room safe, a mini bar, a coffee or tea maker and a balcony or terrace. Rooms can also come with bathrobes, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The Duplex Suite measures 42 m² and the Jacuzzi Suite 50 m², and both have garden views. The Boutique room measures 38 m² and also has a garden view. The Sunrise Jacuzzi Suite has a sea view, and the Sunrise Suite with Hot Tub measures 50 m² and sleeps up to four guests.

Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 2 km away, and Samui Airport, the island's only airport, is 3.7 km from the resort. Big Buddha, a hilltop temple with views across the bay, is 6.2 km away, and Fisherman's Village, the old fishing village of Bophut, is 5.5 km away.

A good day could begin with a swim at Chaweng Beach, continue with a visit to Big Buddha and end with an evening at Fisherman's Village, which has shops and restaurants along its streets. The rest of the island is reached by road, so a taxi or car from the resort makes these trips simple. In the evening, the Chaweng Walking Street offers restaurants and bars close to the resort.
