The 2-Bedroom Mountain View Villa measures 130 m² and sleeps up to four guests, the 1-Bedroom Mountain View Villa measures 36 m² and sleeps up to two, and the Double Room with Garden View measures 32 m² and sleeps up to two. The two-bedroom bungalows measure 68 m² and sleep up to five guests. The one-bedroom bungalows measure 38 m² and sleep up to three.

The property is a base with a garden and mountain views rather than a busy town, and the island is a place for a slower pace of stay.

The village of Baan Kai is a short walk from the resort, and the beach at Haad Baan Kai is 1.1 km away. Wat Pho, a Buddhist pagoda, lies 1.6 km off, and the Night Market, about 2 km away, is an easy trip for an evening out. Haad Baan Tai, another beach, is 2.1 km from the resort, and Haad Rin Nai, a further stretch of coast, is 3.1 km away.

Getting around the island is usually by scooter or taxi, and there is no airport on Ko Pha-ngan itself, so the last stage of the trip is by boat from Ko Samui or the mainland. During the rainy months, rough seas can disrupt boat trips to and from the island. A good day could start on the beach at Haad Baan Kai, continue to Wat Pho, and finish at the Night Market in the evening.
