Khaosok Creek and Jungle Resort

The resort offers a 16 m² king room, with one king bed for up to two guests, and a 40 m² double room, with a double bed and a king bed for up to four guests. Air conditioning and a balcony or terrace are found in all the rooms.

Both rooms have a separate dining area with a dining table, a desk, a closet, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, an electric kettle and a hair dryer. The rooms are a practical choice for a stay in the Phanom countryside, with the forest and the lake a short drive away.

The resort sits in quiet countryside, where travellers can walk in the jungle, take a boat out on the water and see a different side of the south from the beaches. The town of Surat Thani and its airport lie further off, and most of the sights in the area are reached by road rather than on foot.

The main sight nearby is Khao Sok National Park, 17.5 km away, a rainforest park with limestone karst, jungle trails and wildlife. Cheow Lan Lake, the reservoir behind Ratchaprapha Dam, is 17.8 km away and lies inside the park area, with limestone hills around the water. Klong Phanom National Park, 10.6 km away, has campsites, viewpoints and caves, and Kaew Cave, a limestone cave in the same hills, is 7.8 km away. Having your own transport makes the sights easier to reach, and the resort has free parking.

A good day can start with a boat trip on Cheow Lan Lake, then continue into Khao Sok National Park for a walk under the forest canopy. In the afternoon, the Klong Phanom Park Viewpoint offers a lookout over the park, with a coffee house, before the drive back to the resort.
