Khaolak C-nior Bungalows

The rooms at Khaolak C-nior Bungalows measure between 22 and 31 m² and sleep from two to five guests. Several rooms have a pool view and others a garden view, and some rooms offer a choice of bed set-ups.

Some rooms have a flat-screen TV, a coffee or tea maker, a refrigerator and free bottled water, and several have a shower. Air conditioning is available in some rooms, and a few have a balcony or terrace. Some rooms also have satellite or cable channels on the TV. The pool-view rooms look out over the swimming pool, while the garden-view rooms overlook the grounds.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool, a garden, and a 24-hour front desk. It is family and child friendly, and English and Thai are spoken.

Khao Lak is a coastal area on the Andaman side of Phangnga province, with a long beach below forested hills. The coast was hit hard by the 2004 tsunami, and memorials and a tsunami museum in the area record the disaster. The main gateways are the airports at Phuket and Krabi, and the area works well as a base for both the sea and the forested parks inland.

Nang Thong Beach is the nearest beach, 300 m away, and the Khao Lak View Point overlooks the coast nearby. Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park lies 1.9 km away and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall 4.5 km, both inland. Phuket International Airport is 59.2 km away, and the resort offers an airport transfer. Bang Niang Market is a local market in the area, and Sunset Beach lies further along the same coast.

A morning in the national park and an afternoon on the beach fit well together, since the park and the coast are close to each other. The Similan National Park, 7.6 km from the resort, is reached by boat from the coast, and its islands are closed to visitors for part of the year, during the rainy season, so the boat trip is best planned around that period.
