The nearest landmark is Wat Tham Sombat, a pagoda 750 m away. Within a couple of kilometres are the Pho Phra Kan monument and the Tham Ruesi Sombat pagoda, both 1.8 km from the resort, and the Ban Huai Kon Tha village, 2.1 km away. The Than Thip waterfall lies 3.5 km from the resort. Parking on the grounds is free, so a private car is the simplest way to make these trips.

A day out could take in the two pagodas and the monument, then continue to the Than Thip waterfall. The village lanes give a good sense of rural life around Lom Sak, and the garden at the resort gives guests a quiet place to rest between trips.
